Washington, DC – DEMOU’R Incorporated, a Northern Virginia based event planning and marketing firm, announces the creation of the first Northern Virginia Fashion Week Fall 2008 to debut February 2009. The first NOVA Fashion Week entitled KULTUR Vol. I (one) will present Fall 2009 fashions featuring local, regional and national designers from around the country.
