FAQ What does Aziza mean?

Aziza means precious, gorgeous in Swahili; beloved, precious, mighty (highly esteemed) in Arabic.

 

What is the shelf-life of Aziza products?

Due to the use of natural ingredients, some of our products will last from 6 months to 1 year. Most of the body butters and soaps have a shelf life of 6 months or longer provided that they are stored in a cool environment. Do not leave products in extreme heat. Overall we encourage you to use your products consistently and on a daily basis.

 

Are Aziza products natural?

Aziza offers several products that are 100% natural. You can find these products in various sections of our site. All other products are heavily based from natural ingredients. Please read our ingredient section for more information about the product ingredients.

 

Do you offer samples of your products?

We often send out samples of our products to those who have purchased items from us. Samples are not always available and are given out on a first come first serve basis. We also offer samples at a low cost for our members to try before buying the full size. See the SAMPLES category.

 

Is it safe to order online?

Online ordering is safe and secure and available 24/7 using our secure shopping cart. All credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information you submit is protected by encryption software.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax of 5% will be charged on all orders shipped to Virginia addresses.

 

How do I check my order?

When the status of your order has changed, i.e., processed or completed, you will receive an automated message informing you. When you receive an order complete notice, this indicates your order is scheduled to be shipped by the next business day. To check on the status of your order, you can email us by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, order number, email address, and telephone number. If you are a registered user, you can simply login to your account to check your order status and history.

 

What is you shipping policy and rates?

The shopping cart provides the closest possible estimate on shipping + handling and may require slight adjustments to the shipping total. Shipping charges are based on size and weight of package(s).

 

*Standard shipping rate varies based on your address. Shipping rate does not include duties or taxes. Such duties and taxes may be due at the time of delivery and should be paid by you directly to USPS.

 

Normally, your order will ship within one to two days, with the exception of weekends (Friday - Sunday) & holidays, in these cases, your order will ship the next business day.

 

Insurance: Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail are uninsured unless requested - if a package is lost or damaged and you have not requested insurance, we are not liable. If you would like to request insurance for orders shipped by USPS, please state your request in the comments section of the shopping cart. A fee will be added to your order total for insurance coverage.  See the following chart for the fee rates:

Shipping insurance protects you in the event your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all. Though lost or damaged shipments are extremely rare, they can happen especially during high-volume shipping times. Should a claim be necessary we are always happy to assist you with filing. Merchandise will not be replaced at our cost, however, while an insurance claim is in progress.

 

Tracking: We will send you an email with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for you to check on your package. Keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours for information to appear in the shipping carrier's database.

 

Shipping Addresses: Please double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

 

Multiple Addresses: Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each order separately.

 

When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

 

Should you wish to cancel or change your order you must do so within 24 hours. You must contact us by email with your order number and information within that timeframe. Absolutely no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.

 

Stock Availability: We try our best to update the stock availability in a timely manner but occasionally, you may find "In Stock" appeared on item page for an "out of stock" item. If this is the case, please email to inform us and we will let you know once the product is available.

 

Items that are out of stock usually will not be available for purchase, but will show if the item has been re-ordered. Some products are in limited quantity; or produced in special or limited edition. In this case, you will see "Limited Qty" or "Special Edition" with the product names on the site. These products are only available within a short period of time and you may not able to order them if the product is sold out.

 

What is the policy for Back-Orders?

We cannot guarantee availability of all products. Under normal circumstances, our ordering system will not permit the order of an item that is out of stock. In the unlikely event that you have ordered an item that is no longer available, or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will immediately notify you of the situation via email.

 

What's your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you have any problems with your product, please let us know. Since most of our products are intended for personal hygiene; once opened, they are not returnable.

 

For products that are not for personal hygiene, return requests must be received within 10 days of the order date on your receipt/invoice. Please contact us at returns@azizabeautysupply.com for a return authorization.

 

Also note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If prior shipping costs were paid by Aziza, even if only part of the order is returned, the shipping cost of the items returned will be debited from your credit card.

 

Please enclose a copy of your receipt/ invoice with the return authorization, along with “unopened” items. If the returned item(s) upon receipt are deemed to be unusable or non-resalable; Aziza reserves the right to consider the return as a Lost Item Return and 75% of the cost will be credited.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Do you offer price matching?

Aziza takes great pride in the low prices and great values we offer our customers. We work hard to ensure that our product selection, product availability, reliable delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience. We also want our customers to feel confident that Aziza consistently offers great savings.

 

For this reason, we offer Aziza’s Low Price Guarantee and Online Price Match. If you find the identical product elsewhere, within 7 days of purchase, for a lower total price (product price plus shipping and handling fee), we will match the total price or gladly refund the difference. (sale or promotional prices not included.)

 

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions: Comparisons MUST include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price. Aziza’s Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
