If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Aziza Beauty Supply shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Payments
ONLINE ORDERING IS SAFE: YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED AND SECURE with SSL Secure Server (Secure Socket Layer), the leading security protocol on the Internet.
PAYPAL - Payments are processed through PayPal on their secure server.
CREDIT CARDS - Aziza Beauty Supply accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You must provide your exact billing address and telephone number that is on-file with your credit card bank. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. The system will calcuate the total cost, which includes shipping.
CASH/CHECK/OTHER FORMS - Aziza Beauty Supply does not accept cash or checks or any other form of payment. Aziza Beauty Supply is internet-based only. We do not support walk-in business.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. If you would like to cancel your order you must contact us immediately via email at orders@azizabeautysupply.com. Our preferred method of contact is EMAIL. No one may be in our office to answer your call at all times. Once orders are shipped the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
Shipping
If you would like items shipped to your Paypal address, please make sure this is the address you specify in the shipping address on our site during checkout.
Orders are shipped using the various shipping methods. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. For continental US orders: Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation.
Aziza Beauty Supply will not be responsible for items stolen or otherwise damaged if left by the shipping carrier at your address.
If an order is returned because of our error, it will be resent at no charge to you. If, however, an order is returned because of an error on your part (such as an inaccurate address), items will only be reshipped after receiving the shipping amount from you. The order will not be sent until the shipping cost is paid. Orders cannot be canceled at that time and no refunds will be issued.
Returns
Since most of our products are intended for personal hygiene; once opened, they are not returnable. We do not guarantee results as hair and skin respond differently to different products.
For products that are not intended for personal hygiene, return requests must be received within 10 days of the order date on your receipt/invoice. Please contact us at returns@azizabeautysupply.comfor a return authorization. Also note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If prior shipping costs were paid by Aziza, even if only part of the order is returned, the shipping cost of the items returned will be debited from your credit card.
Please enclose a copy of your receipt/ invoice with the return authorization, along with “unopened” items. If the returned item(s) upon receipt are deemed to be unusable or non-resalable; Aziza reserves the right to consider the return as a Lost Item Return and 75% of the cost will be credited.
Stock Availability
We try our best to update the stock availability in a timely manner but occasionally, you may find "In Stock" appeared on item page for an out of stock item. If this is the case, please email to inform us and we will let you know once the product is available.
Items that are out of stock will not be available for purchase, but will show if the item has been re-ordered.
Some products are in limited quantity; or produced in special or limited edition. In this case, you will see "Limited Qty" or "Special Edition" with the product names on the site. These products are only available within a short period of time and you may not able to order them if the product is sold out.
